Join us for the 2023 Winter Meeting in beautiful Beaver Creek, Colorado on January 28 -31, 2023. There are many opportunities for you to connect with the attendees through a sponsorship and/or exhibiting.

The total exhibit time will be three hours, from 6:15-9:15 PM on Sunday, January 29th. There will be a few additional opportunities for sponsors and exhibitors to network with attendees, during a Welcome Reception on Saturday, January 28th, and during breakfast and Morning Sessions on Monday, January 30th. All Tabletop displays will be removed Sunday night or first thing Monday morning.

Exhibitor Pricing
Before October 31, 2022: $1000.00
After October 31, 2022: $1300.00
Non-Profit Rate of $200.00 is available upon request, please reach out to admin@copharm.org.

Additional Booth Personnel $125.00

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that an Exhibitor cancels participation in the exhibit, Exhibitor shall promptly notify CPS in writing.

• Cancellations received prior to October 31, 2022 will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations received between November 1 – December 15, 2022 will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations received on or after December 16, 2022 will result in forfeit of all funds paid.

Upon cancellation, Exhibitor loses all right to space and CPS reserves the right to reassign that space to another Exhibitor. In addition, the Exhibitor loses the right to use any complimentary exhibitor registration badges.

Upon completion of a Sponsor registration, you have committed to supporting CPS with those funds. That sponsorship becomes unavailable to sell to another organization; therefore, we are unable to accept Sponsor Cancellations.
