Join us for the 2020 Annual Meeting in a virtual format this year. We have put together a benefit filled package to involve all of our partners in this new experience, we look forward to having you be part of our Meeting on June 4, 2020!

Virtual Meeting Partner and Exhibitor: $600.00
- Your logo displayed and recognized on a “thank you” sponsor slide during breaks during the virtual meeting
- 6 months of “Virtual Booth Setup” on CPS Conference Website (Includes company logo, Company Blurb, contact information and 3 pertinent links to product/website)
- Electronic attendee list – Inclusive of Full Name, Title and Company (for those that opt-in to the list we will provide contact information)
- 1 Group Email blast to registrants, content and email to be provided to CPS to blast out to registrants
- Spotlight in one CPS Newsletter, including logo, small blurb and link to website
- 1 Full Conference Registration Included
In the event that an Exhibitor cancels participation in the exhibit, Exhibitor shall promptly notify CPS in writing, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Cancellations received prior to May 22, 2020 will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations received between May 22 – May 31, 2020 will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received on or after May 31, 2020 will result in forfeit of all funds paid.
Virtual Meeting Partnership Cancellation
Upon completion of a Sponsor registration, you have committed to supporting CPS with those funds. That sponsorship becomes unavailable to sell to another organization; therefore, we are unable to accept Sponsor Cancellations.
