CPE Information:

The CU Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education (CPE).  This event has been accredited for up to 14.0 contact hours of knowledge-based CPE.  To receive CPE, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians must create a profile on ipharmCE.UCDenver.edu with their NABP eProfile ID number and birthdate, and complete the program evaluations and by February 6, 2019.  CE credit will be uploaded to CPE once evaluations are completed. Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) Redemption Instructions

  1. Navigate to ipharmCE.UCDenver.edu (or http://ipharmce.ucdenver.edu/user/login?redirect=/student )

(If you don’t have a profile, create one by entering your email and following the instructions on your screen. You will need to add your NABP number and date of birth to receive CPE or CPE)

  1. Once logged in, click Complete Test/Eval under Live Activities on the left side of your screen.
  2. Scroll down to the group 2019 CPS Winter Meeting.
  3. When prompted, enter the evaluation access code provided to you at the meeting and in the conference brochure.

(You may need to enter the code manually, rather than cutting and pasting)

5. CPE will be uploaded to CPE Monitor within 48 hours. You can check the status at https://nabp.pharmacy/

Evaluations must be completed by Wednesday, February 6, 2019.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be considered when requested in writing.  Dated fax, written and email refund requests will be accepted from the registrant. Verbal and voice message requests, or requests from another individual, may not be accepted.
  • Online and credit card registration refunds may incur a minimum processing fee of 10% or $10 (whichever is smallest).
  • Written requests received 30 days prior to the first date of the program receive a refund of the registration fee paid less a $50 administrative fee.
  • Written requests received less than 30 days prior to the first date of the program are refunded at the discretion of the Executive Director and Board of Directors of CPS.
  • When agreeable to you and CPS, your registration fee paid may be applied as a deposit to another annual meeting, seminar or program.
  • Please contact us at admin@copharm.org if you’d like to request a refund.
